In OneCore integration, bill payment follows a one-to-one mapping for commitment and head contract claims. In simpler terms, each bill payment applied to the associated head contract or commitment claim generates a corresponding payment issue record in Procore.
For commitment or head contract claims, partial payments from QBO Bill Payment will be visible under payments issued for the claim. Subsequent payments will also be displayed once the claim is fully paid.
Procore is GST-exempt. Therefore, with GST included in the QBO bill amount, the integration handles this during the final payment. Depending on whether the bill is fully paid or not, QuickBooks manages the scenario.
