For a commitment or head contract claim, a partial payment from Xero will appear under payments issued for the claim, as well as any subsequent payments once fully paid:
Procore is GST exempt, so with GST included in the Xero invoice amount, the integration will process this on the last payment.
For example, if the total amount is $660, and three partial payments are made of $220, they would appear in Procore as follows:
1st payment = $220
2nd payment = $220
3rd payment = $160 (minus GST)
To enable payments that are inclusive of tax in OneCore you will need to navigate to Invoices>General Settings> and select the relevant tick boxes under Partial Payment Settings.
With this feature enabled, payments from Xero, OneCore will deduct the tax component.
