  1. From Procore, select the project from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. From Available Project Tools select Commitments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    <\/a><\/p>\n

    3. Click on View<\/strong> to open a purchase order or subcontract.<\/p>\n

    <\/a><\/p>\n

    4. Click on Create Commitment Progress Claim<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    5. Enter the commitment progress claim # (invoice number) and click on Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    6. Click on Edit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    <\/a><\/p>\n

    7. Enter a claim amount under \u2018this period\u2019 and click on Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    8. Change the status to Approved<\/strong> and click on update.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0 \u00a09. From Xero, go to Business>Bills to Pay<\/strong> to view bill under the drafts tab. The reference number should be the Procore commitment and claim number added to the end.<\/p>\n

    10. Click to open the invoice. Click on Approve<\/strong> to approve the invoice.<\/p>\n

    11. To pay the invoice, enter the date paid, account to pay from, and enter a reference. Click on Add Payment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    12. From Procore, go to Payments Issued<\/strong> to view the payment. The payment will show the date paid as well as a green sync banner to also show it is synced with Xero.<\/p>\n
