Procore as Direct Costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before syncing Spend Money transactions, ensure that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spend Money Transaction Type is enabled &#8211; KB Article: <a class=\"has-inline-color has-blue-color\">How Do I Activate Spend Money, Credit Notes &amp; Manual Journals in OneCore? \u2013 Interfy Help<\/mark><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The supplier\/contact used in Xero is mapped to a Procore vendor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Job Tracking Option is mapped to a corresponding Procore project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost Type tracking options are mapped to a corresponding Procore Cost Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Xero account is mapped to a corresponding Procore Cost Code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Create a Spend Money Transaction in Xero<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Log in to <strong>Xero<\/strong>.Navigate to <strong>Business &gt; Bank Accounts<\/strong>.Select the relevant bank account.Click <strong>Spend Money<\/strong>.Complete the transaction details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account Code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project\/Job Category Option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File Attachment\/s if required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Save or approve the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> If the line items contain different Project Tracking Categories, separate Direct Costs will be created in Procore and allocated to their corresponding project mappings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Line items without a project\/job tracked will be ignored by the integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
