{"id":5723,"date":"2026-07-27T23:00:54","date_gmt":"2026-07-27T13:30:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.interfy.com.au\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=5723"},"modified":"2026-07-27T23:33:20","modified_gmt":"2026-07-27T14:03:20","slug":"time-sheeting-labor-job-costing-setup-for-qbo","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.interfy.com.au\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/time-sheeting-labor-job-costing-setup-for-qbo\/","title":{"rendered":"Time Sheeting &amp;\u00a0Labor\u00a0Job Costing Setup for QBO\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will have two options for the Timesheet &amp;&nbsp;Labor&nbsp;Job Costing integration: either&nbsp;<strong>Procore to QBO<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>QBO to Procore<\/strong>&nbsp;integration.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Procore to QBO<\/strong>\u202f- Once a timesheet entry is created and approved in Procore, the integration can create a corresponding Payroll Direct Cost in Procore under the project selected, as well as send over the hours to QBO to create a Time Activity\/Time Charge under the project\/sub&nbsp;customer in QBO that you can use to run Payroll in QBO.\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>QBO to Procore<\/strong>\u202f- Once a QBO time entry is created and approved, OneCore will then create a corresponding Payroll Direct Cost in Procore under the project.\u202f\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the&nbsp;initial&nbsp;steps to complete the setup:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Request&nbsp;Interfy&nbsp;support to activate the module via https:\/\/onecore.interfy.com.au\/Support&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Under General Settings, you can configure the direct cost settings the integration will follow for this specific employee. Please note that this will override the global settings configured under Timesheet &gt; General Settings.
