Note<\/strong>: This only works on accounts with the AP Processing is activated and has users that has \u201cAPP User\u201d role.

Project permissions<\/strong> decide who is allowed to see and process invoices<\/strong> for each project in OneCore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setup<\/strong>
In OneCore, navigate to AP Processing > Settings > Project Permissions<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under Project Permissions<\/strong>, choose the APP User on the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under \u201cUser Settings<\/strong>\u201d, you can enable the:
Add Access To New Projects<\/strong> \u2013 this allows the APP User to have access when new projects are created. You should only enable this if the user should always see all future projects without needing manual permission updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

View Un-Assigned Project Uploads<\/strong> \u2013 this allows the APP user to view file uploads that have not yet been assigned to a specific project. This is useful for roles that review or sort incoming documents before they are linked to a project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/strong>: Make sure to click the \u201cSave User Settings<\/strong>\u201d button when updates are made under these settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding Projects:<\/strong>
Click the green + button beside the specific project under the \u201cNon-Accessible Projects<\/strong>\u201d that you like the APP User to gain access to. This project will be added under the \u201cAccessible Projects<\/strong>\u201d column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternatively, you can click the \u201c+ Add All\u201d button for the APP User to gain access to all projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To remove a project access, click the \u201cTrash Bin\u201d icon beside the specific project that you like to remove access to the APP user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
