{"id":4711,"date":"2025-12-02T12:40:47","date_gmt":"2025-12-02T02:10:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.interfy.com.au\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=4711"},"modified":"2025-12-02T12:45:05","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T02:15:05","slug":"resolving-transaction-errors-in-sage-intacct-a-guide-to-troubleshooting-and-replay","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/help.interfy.com.au\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/resolving-transaction-errors-in-sage-intacct-a-guide-to-troubleshooting-and-replay\/","title":{"rendered":"Resolving Transaction Errors in Sage Intacct: A Guide to Troubleshooting and Replay"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can replay transactions if any of the following has occurred:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A transaction may fail due to potential mapping issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>To fix the issue, you are normally required to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Read the error message<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fix the issue if you can<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replay the transaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This demonstration will assume that the transaction does not get through due to the vendor isn&#8217;t mapped as an example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Once you have fixed the potential problem, you may proceed to <strong>click the replay green button<\/strong> in OneCore Sage Transaction Dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
