      • Auto Publish Order (NEW) – When multiple pending claims exist for a contract, the following order will be applied to determine the next pending claim to be published.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Creation Time<\/strong> – Based on when the pending AP claim was created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Billing Date<\/strong> – Based on the billing date. When multiple pending claims have the same billing date, the secondary sort will be on creation time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Users can select from a list of file types for processing. Only selected file types will be processed by the system, and any unselected file types will be ignored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        To enable Task item creation within Procore, ensure the \u2018Enable Task Item Creation\u2019 is checked. Enabling this will allow AP Processing to create a Procore \u2018Task\u2019 when a draft Commitment Claim is published from APP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        A default Task Title can be set within this area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Dashboard Action Thresholds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        These settings allow uploaded invoices to be categorised into groups visible in the dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Project Assignees (Optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Navigate to \u201cSettings -> Project Assignees<\/strong>\u201d to enter assignees for each project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Assignees are Procore users who have access to a project\u2019s \u201cTask List\u201d. An assignee can receive Procore Task items when a new Commitment Claim is published from APP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        As part of the AP Processing solution, we offer an Interfy mailbox that can be used to forward invoices from your company\u2019s existing invoice mailbox. To setup retrieve your mailbox diversion email address please contact support@interfy.com.au.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Alternatively, invoices can be uploaded directly into APP through the \u201cUpload\u201d menu item. The upload page allows a maximum of 5 uploads at a time with the file extensions of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIF, TIFF, BMP and .MSG<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Potential Attachment Duplicate Feature<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            The potential duplicate is designed to detect and helping users to manage duplicate attachments in APP. If we identified there\u2019s some attachment is a potential of duplicate, we will flag them with a icon in dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Here are the ways how APP flags potential duplicates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            (1) Table View<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            When there\u2019s potential of duplicates, the \u2018duplicate icon\u2019 will show in the table as shown above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            (2) When creating a commitment claim\/ direct cost<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            If a user attempts to create a direct cost or claim and there is a potential duplicate, a warning banner will be displayed, indicating the duplicate status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Removing Duplicates from the APP Dashboard or Invoice List<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            To remove the duplicates from the APP, here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Locate the duplicate icon button in the table and click on it<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            By following these steps, users can efficiently manage and remove duplicate attachments, ensuring that only the relevant files are kept active in the system<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                          Claim Wizard<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                          Navigate to \u201cClaim Wizard\u201d to create a new claim through the guided claim wizard. This will allow a commitment claim to be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                          • Created in a \u201cPublished\u201d state \u2013 where a draft commitment claim is created in Procore against the selected commitment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                          • Created in a \u201cPending\u201d state \u2013 where the details of the claim are stored in APP, ready for publishing to Procore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                                            Layout<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                            Left Panel \u2013 A preview of the uploaded invoice appears in the left panel with controls to enable the user to navigate through all uploaded invoices and to ignore any unwanted uploaded invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                            Right Panel \u2013 Wizard to create an APP Commitment Claim in a pending or published state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
