  1. From Procore, select the project from the drop-down menu.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. From Available Project Tools select Head Contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Click on View <\/strong>to open the head contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Click on Create Progress Claim<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Enter the billing date and click on Create <\/strong>to create the progress claim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Select Detail <\/strong>then click on Edit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Under ‘this period’ enter the claim amount for each line item. Click on save<\/strong> once finished. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Select Summary<\/strong> then click on Edit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Change the status to Approved<\/strong> and click on Update.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. From MYOB, go into the Sales Register<\/strong> to search for the sales invoice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11. Open the bill and click on Payment<\/strong> once you’ve received payment for the bill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    12. Click on Record to pay the bill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The MYOB sync from MYOB to Procore is scheduled, but you can push through the payment by clicking on the MYOB Sync button from the OneCore MYOB dashboard: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
