The Cost Profile section enables users to configure cost settings for each time type recorded in Procore<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. From OneCore Portal, go to Settings <\/strong>and click Refresh All Data<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Navigate to Profiles > Cost <\/strong>> click on the + icon<\/strong> in the Cost Profiles table<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Create a profile by inserting the values accordingly. Here are a list of fields for your reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Settings <\/strong>\u2013 Enter profile name and a brief description<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time Type Rate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Cost Type<\/strong> – Specify the cost type associated with each time type in Procore<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Unit of Measure (UOM) <\/strong>– Define the unit of measure for the cost<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Procore Rate <\/strong>– Set the rate for each time type in Procore<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cost Plus Rate <\/strong>– Configure the cost plus rate for subscribers of the Cost Plus module<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Earnings Rate<\/strong> – Link the earnings rate from the accounting system to each time type in Procore<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Hit Save<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
