  1. From Procore, select the project from the drop-down menu.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. From Available Project Tools select Commitments. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    3. Click on View<\/strong> to open a purchase order or subcontract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    4. Click on Create Commitment Progress Claim. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    5. Enter the commitment progress claim # (invoice number) and click on Save.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Click on Edit<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Enter a claim amount under ‘this period’ and click on Save<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Change the status to Approved<\/strong> and click on update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. From MYOB, go to the purchases register to search for the service bill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. Open the bill and click on Payment<\/strong> to pay the bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11. Click on Record<\/strong> to pay the bill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The MYOB sync from MYOB to Procore is scheduled, but you can push through the payment by clicking on the MYOB Sync button from the OneCore MYOB dashboard: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
