1. From OneCore Portal, go to Settings <\/strong>and click Refresh All Data<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Navigate to Mappings > Employee<\/strong>. Click on the pencil icon<\/strong> in the Employee Mappings table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Under General Settings<\/strong>, establish mapping by selecting the:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Accounting<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Employee<\/strong>: From Xero<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Create Timesheet: <\/strong>To create Timesheets in Xero<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Procore Direct Cost<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Enabled<\/strong>: To enable Procore Payroll Direct Cost creation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Cost Type<\/strong>: Associate the cost type for the Direct Cost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        NOTE<\/strong>: If you do not want to process this employee, you can always check the Allow Unmapped <\/strong>so any process will be skipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Click the Pay Template Settings <\/strong>tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Select the Base Pay Template<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Add new Project Pay Template<\/strong>\/s \u2013 Any project specific pay templates defined here will override the employee’s pay template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Save Changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
