The field captures the date associated with direct costs in Procore, and users have two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Direct Cost Date &#8211; QBO Bill Date<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Definition:<\/strong> The date of the original QuickBooks Online (QBO) bill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Use Case:<\/strong> Reflects the timing of the incurred cost when the direct cost was initially recorded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
