Suppose that I have a Head Contract Claim that I no longer needed, but it is already in approved <\/strong>state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deleting an Approved Head Contract Claim without Payments in QuickBooks<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1) Check if the linked QuickBooks invoice has any associated payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Example: In the following scenario, no payments are associated with the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2) Return to Procore and locate the corresponding head contract claim. Delete the head contract claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1) Confirm if the QuickBooks invoice has associated payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
