The following tutorial applies to Project Expense Mapping (Account\/Item) as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From OneCore, go to Project Cost Codes > Revenue Mapping<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Select a project<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. <\/strong>If the project cost codes are created from the standard cost codes, they can be auto-mapped by selecting the project\/s and clicking auto map from standard cost codes for selected or all projects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Click Yes<\/strong> to auto-map the cost codes. Once mapped the cost codes will appear under the Mapped Cost Codes tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. If the project cost codes are not created from the standard cost codes, they will need to be manually mapped. Select the Unmapped Cost Codes<\/strong> tab. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Click on the pencil icon<\/strong> to map the cost code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Select the QBO Item to map the cost code. Click on Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Repeat the steps to manually map the remaining cost codes. Once mapped the cost codes will appear under the “Mapped Cost Codes”<\/strong> tab. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
