1. To map to an existing project from OneCore, go to Projects > General Settings<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

2. Click on Refresh Projects<\/strong> for both Procore Projects and QBO Projects<\/p>\n

3. Go to <\/span>Projects > Project Mapping<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Navigate to the “Unmapped Projects<\/strong>” tab in the table.<\/p>\n

5. Click on the pencil icon<\/strong> next to the project you want to map.<\/p>\n

6. Select the QBO Project from the list (if it\u2019s not available it needs to be created in QBO or it\u2019s been mapped to another project). Click on Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n

7. Once the mapping has been saved, a green activate button will appear. Click on Activate <\/strong>to create a link between the projects.<\/p>\n

8. Once activated, you shall see the status marked as “Activated<\/strong>.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Navigate to the “Mapped Projects<\/strong>” tab in the table, you shall see your project has established the mapping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
