Overview: <\/strong>OneCore will use QuickBooks class to map with Procore project and the other for Procore cost type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do we require:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. A default QuickBooks class must be selected on OneCore dashboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Your selected class in QuickBooks must have sub-classes available for mapping<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To select a QuickBooks class, follow the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to Cost Types > General Settings<\/strong> from the OneCore dashboard.\n
        \n
      • Optional<\/strong>: Refresh all Procore Cost Types and QBO Classes <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        2. Select the default QuickBooks class (main)<\/strong> from the drop down list<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        3. Click “Save Qbo Class Item<\/strong>” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4. Go to Cost Type Mapping page<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        5. Click the Pen Icon<\/strong> in the action’s column
