My claim hasn’t come across with a value in Xero/MYOB?

If your claim (head contract or commitment) hasn’t come across to Xero/MYOB with a value, it may be that the amount was entered in the wrong column while creating the claim in Procore.
You will need to make sure that you have entered the amount in Column E (Work Completed – This Period) not the Column F (Materials Stored).
