Labour Cost tracking Workflow for XERO/MYOB

This workflow runs after an individual submitted their worked time into Procore via timecard or timesheet. The site manager then closes the site diary for the day which then triggers the OneCore integration. The integration will then check the rates (generic or project specific) and accounting system timesheet generation settings. It will then generate direct cost within the project ( Hours worked x charge rates) and generate the timesheet as draft (Hours only) within accounting system (if opted for).

Note: The charge out rates doesn’t affect the payroll rates. It is only used to calculate the direct cost for the project.

PS: Region specific, and this feature is currently supported in Australia/New Zealand only.
